Using the storefront

You may use the storefront only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or other customers' use of it. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the storefront in a way that harms its operation, or use it to submit deceptive or fraudulent information.

You must provide accurate information when you place an order or contact us. We do not currently offer user accounts, so you are responsible for keeping the email and order information associated with your purchase accessible.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, sizing, and availability accurately. The way a product appears may vary by device or screen. Products may be changed, limited, discontinued, or unavailable without notice. We may also correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Orders and payment

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will be available or reserve it for you. An order is submitted through checkout and is subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, information is inaccurate, a payment cannot be authorized, or we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or intended for resale without authorization.

Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the canceled portion through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time.

Made-to-order products

Many of our products are made to order. Production begins after an order is placed, so please review product details and size information carefully before checkout. Processing times and estimated delivery information may vary and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping and returns

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping methods, costs, and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are also subject to our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Intellectual property

The storefront and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the storefront and use its content only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit our content without written permission.

Third-party services

The storefront may rely on third parties for hosting, checkout, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service or content, although we will try to help resolve order issues that are within our control.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the storefront and its content are provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that they will always be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the storefront or an order, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms when our store, services, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the storefront after an update means you accept the revised terms. Terms in effect when an order is accepted will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
