What this notice covers

You may use this process for concerns involving trademarks, logos, brand names, product presentation, design rights, or other intellectual property that is not primarily a copyright complaint. For suspected unauthorized copying of artwork, photographs, written content, or other copyrighted material, please follow our DMCA Policy.

Before contacting us

Please make sure you own the rights at issue or are authorized to act for the owner. Include the specific product page, image, listing, or other location involved. A general objection to a product, style, theme, or business name may not establish an intellectual-property violation, but we still welcome clear information that helps us review a concern.

What to include in a notice

Send enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue. Your notice should include:

• Your name and preferred contact information.
• The name of the rights owner and your authority to act for that owner, if applicable.
• The specific URL, product name, or other location of the material at issue.
• A description of the intellectual property and the rights you believe are affected.
• An explanation of why the material is unauthorized or likely to cause confusion or another rights-related concern.
• Any supporting documentation or links that can help us evaluate the request.

How to submit a notice

Send the information through our Contact Us page. Use a subject such as “Intellectual property notice” and include the product name or URL in your message. We may ask for additional information before deciding what action, if any, is appropriate.

Review and response

We will review complete notices in good faith. Depending on the circumstances, we may request clarification, contact a relevant rights owner or partner, update a listing, remove or restrict material, or take another appropriate step. Sending a notice does not guarantee a particular result, and we may decline requests that are incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or unrelated to intellectual-property rights.

Store content and third-party rights

Our store may display original designs, licensed material, partner content, and references to third-party names or marks. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, references to third-party brands do not mean that those brands sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with our store.
