DMCA policy

Protecting creative work.

We respect the intellectual-property rights of creators and expect the same from people who use our storefront. This policy explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Before submitting a notice

Please make sure you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the copyright owner. A DMCA notice is not the right process for a trademark dispute, a disagreement about a product, or content that you simply do not like. For other intellectual-property concerns, review our Intellectual Property Notice.

What to include in a takedown notice

To help us review your request, include all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of the copyright owner you represent.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The URL or other specific location of the material you want us to review.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

How to submit a notice

Send your complete notice through our Contact Us page. Use a subject such as “DMCA takedown request” and include the required information in your message. Incomplete requests may delay our review. We may contact you for clarification or additional information before taking action.

Before publishing this policy, we will add the contact details for the store's designated DMCA agent. Until then, the Contact Us page is the available route for submitting a request.

Review and response

We may remove or disable access to material that we reasonably believe is infringing and may notify the person who submitted or posted it. We may also forward a notice, including the sender's contact information, when appropriate to process the claim or comply with the law. We may terminate or restrict access for repeat infringement where appropriate.

Counter-notices

If material was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you had authorization to use the material, you may send a counter-notice. It should identify the removed material and its former location, explain why the removal was mistaken, include your contact information, and include the statements and signature required by the DMCA. We may restore material as permitted by law after following the applicable notice and counter-notice process.

False or abusive notices

Knowingly submitting a materially false claim may create legal consequences. Please do not use the DMCA process to resolve disputes that are unrelated to copyright infringement. We may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, abusive, or submitted in bad faith.
